Hampton Roads Adobe Users Group

HRAUG meets once a month to go over elements of Adobe software, such as techniques or workflows. It’s free and open to all, and they give away stuff like books, shirts, and a copy of Creative Suite once every 6 months. They’ve just re-tooled the group in an attempt to make it more valuable to designers.

October's meeting at the TCC Visual Arts Center in Portsmouth will look at color correction in Adobe Photoshop. Every new version seems to offer more tools to help with color correction. They'll go over all of them, in depth, as well as give examples.

They'll also be giving away books and other paraphernalia, and provide details about giving away a Creative Suite.

Where: TCC Visual Arts Center, 340 High Street, Portsmouth
When: Tuesday, October 13, 7:00–9:00
Cost: Free

HRAUG's portal site is www.hraug.org, it’s got a link to the Adobe Groups page as well as links to sites and sponsors.
