Job Description:
Craft and disseminate the Alumni Relations message to our constituents (alumni, faculty, staff, students and community). Enhance the image of the Alumni Program and the University through the management of programs that are designed to market the Alumni Association/Alumni Program as well as promote mission of the University. Coordinate all constituent communications, monitor the content of the Alumni Association website, and provide assistance with other programs within the Alumni Relations overall program, ensuring that the constituents receive a consistent message.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Significant experience with layout and graphic design, including web design. High proficiency with design software. Writing experience, including editing/proofing. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Special licenses, registration or certification: Valid Driver's License with insurable license.
Education or training (cite major area of study): Bachelor's Degree in communications, graphic design, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Level and type of experience: Some related experience in graphic or multi-media design, to include creation of written copy/website content.
Preferred Qualifications Journalism and Design background, work experience in the writing and design field. Proficiency in the Adobe Suite of tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) highly desirable as well as Web development (HTML, XHTML, and CSS) skills.

Annual Salary/Hourly Rate Begins at $31,352 and commensurate w/education and experience.
